Hubmini Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Hubmini mobile application (“App”) or website (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perakoda Inc., a company incorporated in Illinois, USA, operating under the Hubmini brand (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By using Hubmini, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian using the App to track and support the care of a child in your custody.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Hubmini offers the following subscription plans, billed through Apple App Store via RevenueCat:
- Weekly plan: $2.99 / week
- Monthly plan: $9.99 / month
- Annual plan: $59.99 / year
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policies.
Prices are displayed in USD. Local pricing may vary by region due to App Store localized pricing and currency conversion.
5. Free Trial
New users are eligible for one free trial per Apple ID. If you have previously used a free trial for Hubmini, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.
6. Required Subscription
Access to core features of Hubmini requires an active subscription. Certain limited functionality may be available without a subscription, but full access — including AI-powered panic support chat, detailed tracking history, and personalized insights — requires a paid plan.
7. AI-Powered Features and Medical Disclaimer
Hubmini includes an AI-powered panic support chat feature. This feature is designed to provide general informational support to parents during moments of concern. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The AI responses are generated by Anthropic’s Claude API and are subject to inherent limitations. Do not use the panic chat feature in a medical emergency. Always contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider for urgent medical concerns.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services
- Share your account with others or resell access to the Services
- Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access paid features without payment
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within Hubmini are the exclusive property of Perakoda Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
10. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hubmini.com/en/privacy-policy/. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
11. Data Accuracy
Hubmini is a tracking and informational tool. We do not guarantee that insights, predictions, or suggestions generated by the App are accurate or appropriate for your child’s specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@hubmini.com. Account deletion will result in permanent loss of all associated data.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perakoda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
